Privacy notice
How DoableLab handles your information, including the difference between local tools and messages you choose to send us.

Who runs DoableLab
DoableLab is operated by Muhammad Hassan Raza from Budapest, Hungary.
For privacy questions or requests, contact: support@doablelab.com
Text and document tools
The tools process the text and PDFs you provide inside your browser. Tool inputs and generated results are not uploaded to DoableLab or an external conversion or AI service. The application does not save them in a server database. They can remain in browser memory while the page session stays open, including when you revisit a cached page. Clear the tool or close/reload the page to remove its current state. Files you download and text you copy remain under your control on your device.
Browser preferences
Your language, theme and colour-scheme choices are stored in your browser's localStorage so they can be remembered between visits. These preferences are not sent to a preference account or database. They remain until you change them or clear the site's browser storage. Browser language settings may be used to choose an initial interface language.
When you contact us
Sending the contact form shares your email address, optional name, topic and message with DoableLab through our hosting provider and Resend's email-delivery service. Messages go to support@doablelab.com, are forwarded by Namecheap and are received in a Microsoft Outlook/Hotmail mailbox. We use them to reply, investigate bugs and consider feedback or tool requests. Your address is used as Reply-To. Direct email uses the involved email providers. The prepared-email fallback opens your email app; nothing is sent by that fallback until you send it there. Please do not include passwords, private documents or sensitive personal information.
Website hosting and security
Vercel hosts the website and receives technical request information, such as IP addresses, browser/request headers, requested URLs and response or error information, to deliver and protect the service. This is separate from browser-local tool processing. Our contact route validates submissions and may log numeric email quota counts; it does not intentionally log message content, email addresses or credentials. Hosting and email providers also process their own operational and security records.
Analytics, ads and search engines
The current application does not include visitor analytics, advertising scripts or advertising cookies. Browser preference storage is used for your selected settings. Search discovery uses a public sitemap; IndexNow notifications contain public page URLs, not visitor text, files or contact messages. Before adding analytics or advertising, we will review the data use, update this notice and obtain consent where required.
Why we use personal information
Our legitimate interests are operating and securing the website, answering requests you choose to send, and investigating reported problems (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). We limit contact processing to those purposes. Where a legal obligation requires processing or retention, GDPR Article 6(1)(c) applies. We do not use support messages for marketing enrolment, automated decisions with legal effects or behavioural profiling.
How long we keep your information
Our retention rule is to delete routine support correspondence within 90 days after the issue is resolved. Ongoing matters and records needed for legal obligations or legal claims may be kept longer for that purpose. This is a mailbox-management rule, not automatic deletion performed by the website. Browser preferences last until changed or cleared; tool state lasts for the browser page session. Resend documents 30-day retention for email and log data on its standard plans. Provider security records and backups have their own retention arrangements and may not be removed at the same time as a mailbox message.
Service providers and data transfers
Our providers include Vercel for hosting, Resend for email delivery, Namecheap for forwarding, and Microsoft for the support mailbox. These services may process information outside the European Economic Area. Resend states that stored customer data is held in the United States even when an EU sending region is selected, and publishes contractual transfer safeguards in its DPA. Provider information and processing terms are linked below. We do not claim that all processing stays in Hungary or the EU.
Your privacy rights
Contact support@doablelab.com about information in support correspondence. Depending on the applicable law and circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and may object to processing based on legitimate interests. We may need proportionate information to verify a request. You may also complain to the relevant data-protection supervisory authority. We cannot retrieve text or PDFs that were processed only in your browser and never sent to us.
Updates to this notice
We will update this page when the site's data practices materially change. The review date above identifies the version you are reading. External provider links have their own notices and terms.
